The Little Shop Of Pop is a funky and charming clinic space situated in the heart of West End, Brisbane. We pride ourselves on making our space warm and inviting, because if you are feeling nervous about seeing a psychologist, we see it as our job to bring the ease. Anything goes at the Little Shop Of Pop.
We want you to feel as comfortable and "at home" as possible. Our staff will be more than happy to offer yor a tea, coffee, cold drink and biscuits on arrival. We even have curated Spotify playlists to set just the right tone as you wait, mindful colouring, a well stocked library, and just to keep things interesting - a lucky dip!
Ben, Tarsh and Janece are a good match for adult clients and work at our West End location.
Little Poppets who are struggling with big feelings can take a little while to warm up to the idea of seeing a "feelings doctor". Let your child have a look at the pictures of our clinic space to help them to see what they can expect.
Many clients will want to suss out their psychologist before committing to sessions.
Dr. Rach co-hosts a fortnightly podcast Pop The Kettle On for parents (and for anyone who is awesome really). Warning: kids may like to listen to hear Dr. Rach, but does contain some adult content that is not meant for little ears!
Rachel, Marlies, Tarsh and Freya have experience working with children and parents, and are available in West End and Indooroopilly.
Three Little Birds ("everything's gonna be alright") is the name for the clinical service that we provide for new and expecting parents. We journey with parents from the moment of thinking-of-conceiving, through pregnancy and fertility, birth, and right through to the postnatal, infant and toddler period.
We believe that parents are deserving of all the support they can get, right from the very start. And it really does take a village to raise a child! We would love to be a part of yours.
Rachel, Marlies, and Freya are our perinatal psychologists. They work out of West End and Indooroopilly, and also offer home visiting to parents of babies under 6 months.
Existing clients of Rachel, Marlies and Ben are welcome to book their own sessions via Powerdiary
If you are a new client, please send us a message and we can discuss which clinician will best suit your needs.
If you see Janece, Freya, or Tarsh, please contact them directly as they manage their own inquiries and appointments.
