My path into counselling has been shaped by a blend of creative and embodied work. As a Pilates instructor, I spent years supporting people to connect with their bodies and better understand their nervous systems, which gave me a deep appreciation for the mind–body connection and how we hold stress, emotion, and life experiences physically.
Alongside this, my background as a recording artist fostered a strong connection to creativity, self-expression, and storytelling as powerful tools for processing and making sense of our inner world. These experiences continue to shape how I work, bringing both an embodied and reflective lens into the therapy space.
Most importantly, becoming a mother has deepened my understanding of the profound emotional and physical shifts that can come with pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. It’s a season of life that can feel both expansive and overwhelming, and one I feel deeply passionate about supporting.
I bring a warm, gentle, and collaborative approach to therapy, with a strong focus on helping clients feel safe, understood, and supported from the very beginning. I believe that meaningful change happens within the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship, where clients feel able to show up exactly as they are.
My work is grounded in person-centred, narrative, and solution-focused approaches, alongside somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation. I aim to create a space that feels both supportive and practical, where we can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, while also working towards clarity, insight, and sustainable change.
I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals through the transition into parenthood, as well as those navigating identity shifts, relationship challenges, and periods of uncertainty or overwhelm. My intention is to walk alongside you in a way that feels supportive, grounding, and empowering, as you navigate this season of life and reconnect with yourself.
I see clients for short term check-ins or longer term support.
