Psychologist NIKOLA STERLING
I have a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Queensland. I come from a background of working with young people in various community and educational services in Australia and the U.K. As a psychologist, I have gained experience working in rural and regional areas in Queensland and Melbourne with clients of all ages.
Outside of my working life, I am a lover of music, nature and running. I appreciate learning about strengths, interests and passions and believe they are important to helping us live our lives with purpose and meaning.
Clinical Approach
I am focused on developing a warm and collaborative therapeutic space. I believe in being flexible in our sessions and responding to your needs. I appreciate feedback during our work together to inform and support how we move forwards in therapy. I believe it is really important to have a good connection and I am committed to providing a safe space for us to work together towards your goals.
I draw from a range of therapies including:
