The Healthy Mind Platter (Siegel & Rock, 2011) provides a guide for the daily activities that contribute to mental wellbeing. We need a variety of activities, as well as stimulation of all 5 senses, in order to feel well in body and mind. Too little or too many of each category can create problems over time.
