THERE WILL BE A LIGHT
THERE WILL BE A LIGHT
As a teenager I was helped immensely through some tricky times by youth workers and counsellors available in my home town. Despite working in a variety of national and international social work settings, since having my two young children I have developed a particular passion for supporting other parents through the often-polarising transition to parenthood and have been doing so in private practice since 2021.
When you work with me, you'll be guided through considering your personal challenges from multiple perspectives, accounting for important aspects of your life such as your: values, goals, personal history, culture, physical environment, identity, somatics and social networks. Using the socio-ecological lens, we work together with a person-centred, narrative approach to find actionable solutions for your challenges and
positive feelings about the future.
