THERE WILL BE A LIGHT
I am a dedicated Psychologist with a profound commitment to the well-being of mothers and families. With a specialised focus on maternal mental health, including conception; fertility struggles; and postpartum issues, I bring compassion, expertise, and empathy to my practice. I am deeply passionate about helping mothers rediscover themselves amidst the challenges of raising children, fostering resilience and empowerment in my clients. In addition to my expertise in maternal mental health, I also address a range of related issues, including body image concerns, disordered eating, and fertility challenges.
Beyond my work with mothers, I also find fulfillment in working with
adolescents and young adults, supporting them through the journey of self-
discovery, identity formation, and personal growth. My nurturing and insightful guidance empowers young individuals to overcome obstacles, cultivate self-esteem, and embrace their authentic selves.
My client-centred approach prioritises the unique needs and experiences of each individual, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for parents navigating the complexities of parenthood.
I also practice a holistic approach to therapy which considers the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical well-being, guiding clients towards holistic healing and self-discovery. I am passionate about self-growth and helping my clients achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
I use the approaches of CBT and ACT along with forms of narrative, expressive and solution focussed therapy to help my clients feel fulfilled throughout their therapy journey.
